For organizing small items we supply most common sizes of corrugated and plastic bins perfect for various shelving depths. Shelf bins are designed for front labeling and easy identification of bin contents. The front is lower than the sides to allow for easy hand accessibility.
Corrugated Bins
Corrugated or Cardboard shelf boxes are the economical solution to storing and organizing small parts. Made of durable 200lb test fiberboard and trimmed of waste, the corrugated shelf boxes are easy to assemble and includes a convenient area for labeling and an inventory control chart. Available in sizes for 12" and 18" deep shelving.
Plastic Nestable Bins
Plastic bins are durable and versatile. Available in a variety of colors including white, clear, blue, red, yellow, and green, plastic bins are used virtually anywhere small-to-medium sized items are moved, stored, sorted or handled. Each bin has a molded-in label area and built-in rear hanglock to allow bin to tilt out for complete content access. Width dividers available for multiple bin contents.
Plastic Stacking Bins
AkroBins® are molded of industrial-grade polymers. These stackable shelf bins are designed with reinforced side ribs to add capacity strength and prevent wall spreading when the bins are stacked. They have a anti-slide stop that prevents the bins from shifting forward and a molded-in label area. Check sizing for divider availability.
Hanging Bins & Systems
Hanging bins are the perfect storage solution for small parts and light-weight components. Hanging rack systems are an economical alternative to bin storage that frees up surface space on shelving or counter tops. Louvered panels securely support hanging bins with punched louvers that hold the bins in place, whereas rails are constructed of individual steel tracks between uprights that support the hanging bins. Both are available in stationary or in mobile units with casters. Bins are commonly sold separate from bin hanging systems. Most storage systems like louvered panels and racks are able to accommodate various model types and styles of hanging bins.
Universal Hanging Bins
The Universal Hanging Bins from Akro-mils can be hung from all 4 sides on louvered panels or bin racks. These bins are shaped for versatility with the ability to be hung flat or at a slope for maximized visibility of bin contents. Ideal for small parts and components. Available in red, yellow, blue, and clear.
Rail Hanging Systems
Rail bin hanging systems are the economically and lighter-duty choice for bins storage. They are constructed of individual steel rails that span between uprights. Available in single-sided or double-sided, rail systems are ideal for supply rooms and workstations. A mobile double-sided bin cart is also available with a top shelf to use as a work surface and casters with a side brake to prevent unwanted movement.
Louvered Hanging Systems
For heavier applications, louvered rack systems feature steel panels with rows of punched louvers to support each bin. These customizable vertical storage systems are available as wall panels, counter-top bench racks, as rivet floor racks, heavy-duty double-sided floor racks, or can be mobilized on dolly cart attachments.
