At G&H Distributing, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and cost-effectively.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options depending on the size and weight of your order:

  • Standard Ground Shipping – For most small to mid-sized items.

  • Freight / LTL Shipping – For large or oversized products such as pallet racking, auger flighting, or bulk orders. Freight shipments require delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift. Residential freight delivery may incur additional charges.

  • In-Store Pickup – Free pickup is available at our Sioux Falls showroom:
    900 W Russell St. Sioux Falls, SD 57104

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Some oversized or heavy items may require a custom freight quote. If this applies, we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm shipping costs.

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within the continental United States.

  • Freight shipments: 5–10 business days, depending on carrier availability and destination.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately at ghdistributingonline@gmail.com or 605-334-7131.

  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
