Returns

• Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-cut hose assemblies or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
