At G&H Distributing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

      Custom-cut hose assemblies or made-to-order products

      Clearance or final sale items

      Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
